Meet Dr. Holloway
My name is Dr. Anne Holloway
Growing up in Lake Jackson, Texas, I knew from a young age that I wanted to become a veterinarian. My love for both science and animals came together when I earned my Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Mississippi State University. After graduation, I spent several years in general practice in Mississippi before returning to my home state of Texas.

Over time, I came to realize that I could offer deeper support to both pets and their families by focusing exclusively on end-of-life care. That realization led to the creation of Graceful Journey Veterinary Care, which now serves the greater Austin area. It is truly an honor to be invited into families' homes during such tender moments, and I consider it a privilege to help pets pass peacefully, surrounded by the love and familiarity of home.

I currently live in Georgetown with my husband and daughter. In my free time, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.

OUR SERVICES AND FEES
IN-HOME EUTHANASIA
We offer at-home euthanasia services for your pet in the greater Austin area, ensuring that their final moments are spent in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by the people they love. Dr. Holloway will guide you through the process and ensure that your pet's passing is graceful and dignified. Includes sedation/pain injection, euthanasia and fur clipping on request.
Base Price: $420
CREMATION SERVICES
themselves. Their ashes will be returned to you in a personalized rosewood urn as well as a white clay paw print. You will be able to pick up the ashes and paw print from Fond Memories Care Center in Austin. Other urn options available through Fond Memories for an additional charge. Option 2: Communal Cremation- you will NOT receive your pets ashes back. They will be cremated and their ashes will be spread in a pet cemetery associated with Fond Memories Dr. Holloway will take care of transporting your pet’s body to the crematory with either option. You may also elect to make your own home burial or cremation arrangements for no additional charge.
Pricing:
Private cremation (ashes returned to you): $350
Communal cremation (no ashes returned): $195
Graceful Journey Veterinary Care has partnered with Fond Memories to provide two cremation options to clients for their deceased pets.

Please note that additional fees may apply for dogs over 80 lbs, aggressive pets, holiday/weekend visits, and travel outside of our service area (see map below). We strive to provide the best service possible, and these fees help us ensure the safety and comfort of all pets in our care. Thank you for your understanding.

Dogs over 80 lbs: $50- $100
Aggressive pets: $100
Travel outside of our service area: $50+
Holidays and Weekend visits: $100
We accept cash (exact amount), check, credit card at the appointment time, or you can pre-pay with Zelle or Venmo.
